Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom Orders
Custom-made window treatments, including made-to-measure curtains and bespoke hardware, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend carefully reviewing all measurements and specifications before finalizing custom orders.
Standard Products
Standard, non-customized products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address
- Include all original documentation and packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Installation Services
If you are not satisfied with our installation services, please contact us within 7 days of completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, arrange for corrective work at no additional charge.
